With a 30-year legacy, Castel Grisch Winery Winery has been cultivating vines and crafting exceptional wines since its establishment in 1983. Located just off the beaten path, this family-owned winery boasts a one-of-a-kind panoramic view of Seneca Lake. The founders were inspired by the resemblance of the area to their native Swiss Alps, and they set out to create a winery that would honor both tradition and natural beauty.

Vineyards and Terroir

Spanning 200 acres of land, Castel Grisch Winery's vineyards thrive on the western hillside overlooking Seneca Lake. Over 40 acres are dedicated to grapevines, carefully tended by passionate viticulturists. The unique terroir of the Finger Lakes contributes to the distinct character of Castel Grisch Winery wines.

• Seneca Dream White Bubbly (NY - Finger Lakes)
  A sweet and mellow blend of Niagara and Cayuga White grapes. Reminiscent of eating grapes right off the vine. Semi-Sweet with an alcohol content of 12.00%. Price: $22.99 per 750 mL bottle.
• Vivacious Cayuga (NY - Finger Lakes)
  Made with the Cayuga White grape. Carbonated white wine with slight tones of candied peach and melon. Easy-drinking and semi-dry. Alcohol content: 12.00%. Price: $22.99 per 750 mL bottle.
• Baco Noir (NY - Finger Lakes)
  A velvety dry red wine with hints of spice and oak on the nose. Enticing black cherry palate and a soft fruity finish. Alcohol content: 12.00%. Price: $22.99 per 750 mL bottle.
